You have a very nice team Jay however you dont have what it takes to win a title yet. Making the second round, yes, but making the final, no. If Mayo develops into a 30ppg player, then you will definetly be a top contender, however I dont see him putting up them numbers just yet.

Jay has a great team, but making it to the 2nd round last year was lucky. My team was clearly superior, i was the #1 seed, fbb just likes to screw repole up the ass.
David Harrison C 27 7'0'' 250 B+ D D+ B- C+ C - MLE for a B+ inside guy, sign me up..
James Posey SF 32 6'8'' 215 B- B+ C A- C C - 1 year 5 mill contract for a solid starting SF and a great role player.
Carlos Boozer PF 27 6'9'' 258 A- C- C- A- A- C - 6 years, 116,943,750 for one of the best players in the league.
Great offseason, got everyone i wanted back, drafted gates who looks great fora #27 pick, and signed Harrison a B+ inside scorer....always good.
