Orlando Sentinel - AP (Oct. 13, 2005) According to Orlando Sentinel, Udonis Haslem was found dead laying in his Kissimmee home by his cousin Aaron Miles Jr. on Wednesday night before they were scheduled to attend a party in Orlando. Investigators at scene immediately blocked out reporters and by standers to take control of the situation without the distractions and interruptions of neighbors and news reporters. Udonis Haselm, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:48pm wednesday night. His death was caused by a surprising cocaine overdose, in which Udonis was found with a 4 kilo bag of cocaine on the right side of his head on the couch. Udonis was a backup power forward playing for the Orlando Magic averaging 7 points and 8 rebounds in this early season. His cousin Aaron Jr. said " Im totally shocked man, this is like the twilight zone, I can't believe it". Although FBI has refused to believe this as an act of murder, Aaron Miles Jr. will be questioned at the station tomorrow so they get the complete story. Udonis Haslem was known as a fundamental and humble player on the court, and off the court, he was leading charity contributions in Orlando. He's survived by his 4 year old daughter and his wife, Shaqeerah. The UBL has not put out any official statements, but that's expected to be done tomorrow, with updates of the case and opinions from friends and family of Udonis Haslem. Rest in peace. |

An original idea, but it does kinda suck. Maybe having him out for 1-2 seasons from a major injury, but other then that, i think it sucks

lol....the topic says he was found dead in miami home, and in the begining of the article it says he was found dead in kississimmee.....
