since i did FA and TC a lil earlier then normal the suns gm didnt get a chance to get his bids in..so he will have first choice of who to sign.

after he signs who he wants i will then give a time for everybody else to sign players.

THE SUNS GM IS THE ONLY PERSON ELIGIBLE TO SIGN A PERSON RIGHT NOW THE REST OF YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY SIGNAL.
