Reason: I get a true SF in lewis who can play solid D. Hamilton wasnt gonna see a ton of time for me with Davis and Crawford both of whom play more D which i like.. Hill is expendible as well adding lewis and having peterson.

I agree.

Rip isn't really a leading scorer, but he helps. Rips contract also expires much earlier than Rashards, so I will have more cap flexibility. This will move Julian Wright into the starting lineup and who knows with Mardy Collins. Hill is a solid backup who's contract won't hurt especially after he retires. Sonics are in full rebuild mode.

2009-10: 15.2ppg, 7.1apg, 4.6rpg, 1.4spg, 2.8TOpg, 47.7 FG%, 39.0 3PT%
2010-11: 17.4ppg, 7.8apg, 5.2rpg, 1.5spg, 2.7TOpg, 50.1 FG%, 41.5 3PT%
2011-12: 26.1ppg, 8.0apg, 6.6rpg, 1.8spg, 3.4TOpg, 43.5 FG%, 36.1 3PT%
