UBDL
1. Their salary will not count against your cap...you have whatever player u send down rights
2. Rookies and Second round picks are always eligible to send down but if i think your sending someone down to tank it will be disallowed
3. You only have the rights to YOUR PLAYERS that have multiyear contracts with you any other player is fair game for callups unless you give them a multi year contract
4. Players you sign during FA for only a one year contract are not eligible for UBDL.
5. Players on your team with 4 years or less experience on your team are eligible.
6. You can send down a max of 4 players at a time but your max for ur dleague team is 8 players from your team.
7. Your Only Allowed to send your player down for 2 seasons but you can petition me for a 3rd year of eligibility by telling me why that player should be allowed to stay down there for a 3rd season. If they are accepted that will be their final year in the Dleague.
8. At the end of the season i will give you an option to bring ur player(s) up or leave them down for another season.
rules subject to change

Is there a limit to how many players you can send down? Is it 3?
