All 3 of you are over the $90 million hard cap and have until the first sim to get under it. If not, you will face some penalties which I am sure you are aware of.
Hard Cap
A) The Hard Cap is set at 90 million at all times. We are looking at 90 million hard cap so it won't be hard to stay below it. If you surpass it, well, you don't deserve to GM! Team should be under the hard cap by at worst before the 2nd sim of the coming season. If you're near hard cap and need to sign fa's but it would put you over the hard cap, you can sign rookies and 2nd year players only to your team.
B) Hard Cap is set at 90 million dollars. The only chance to go over is during offseason cause no transactions can be made during season that put you over. If you go over during the offseason, you have until Day 10 of the season ahead to get under. If you're not under by that time you get penalized.
1st Offense - Must hand in a 1st round draft pick of that draft at all costs. If not done you will lose a player from your team at the discretion of commishes
2nd Offense - Must hand in two 1st round draft picks of that draft at all costs. If not done, you will lose the right to use the MLE
3rd Offense - Your best player (commish determined) will be cut from your roster and a random number generator will determine what team he goes on.
4th Offense - Fired
