Hopefully This weekend im going to go over alot of stuff in this sim and fix up some things....and i like the reward gms who are in the playoffs idea....Hard cap is going to have to go up after this season i guess i probably will have to write up a CBA

Re-start this.

Teams are just too unbalanced and nobody trades anymore. It's starting to get boring. It's too hard to trade cuz nobody answers PM's or even attempts to make a trade.

I wish I knew you were going to raise the hardcap....that's the reason why I traded Duncan. I wouldn't have been able to sign any FA's or anything when I had him.

yeah id feel the same way about a re-start.. why trade my best players and contracts for cap space and picks etc had we just restarted.. its not my usual style to just go young, but i didnt have much choice after the past few bad TC's

Im not sure on the hard cap just yet but it needs to go up but im not sure where i have to talk to james about it. I probably will keep it 90 for one more season and then bring it up too whatever the next season

The league is incredibly inbalanced, I agree with that. The top tier teams will most likely never be bad, and the bottom teams will struggle to ever become good.

I dont know what to do but Play, if YOU as the commish dread coming to the forums then theres probably no point in YOU continuing to run the league even though I want to keep this running.

I agree about the unbalanced area of this...some teams are just wayyy too dominate but i cant blame them for being dominate

perhaps you consider moving gms around the league to spread out the good gms, give them some new challenges, perhaps spawn activity as team never like to win with out peoples guys..

hmmm that wouldnt seem like a bad idea but I dont know who would be up too it.....I would love to leave philly for a shitty as team

well you know i asked about it back when we had the hawks.. but im sure you could find a gm or two to switch around or something.. or when you fire a team give another gm a chance to move there, and put a new gm with the vacated team.. jsut some ideas..

Well, what's wrong with a restart?

As for moving around GM's, I dunno. If we do, we'd have to move some of the West GM's to the East. Aside from maybe 2 or 3 GM's, the West GM's are slacking. JMHO though.

yah the west gms are slacking......and I think we have come to far to consider a restart at the moment James has put so much hard work into this league with his draft files and all...
