Late last night the newly aquired Michael Redd was traded along side with arroyo and picks for the defensive minded players Ben Wallace and James Posey. In doing so the frontcourt starters are now Wallace/Okafor, and Channing Frye is off the bench. With this dominating dou on the front line, frye has been put on the block and is looking to be traded for a pg or traded with bad contracts like scalabrine, and james.
This trade caused immediate change in the teams fortune from going 2-5 in the first sim to going 5-4 in the second sim. The total team defense is among the leagues best with only allowing 92ppg. Even though there defense in among the best the offense is among the worst with only averaging 90ppg.
Phatmatt reported today that frye is going to be gone in the next week, and might be shipped alongside with posey. Frye is a great defender and his potential looks like he'll be another upincoming samuel dalembert- ben wallace type player. His idea is to get a impact scorer at the pg/sg/sf position that will raise the teams offense, which will make the team a better all around team.
